With your permission, we file all the necessary paperwork on your behalf, and ensure that you receive any funds that you are due at NO upfront costs to you.We will never ask you for money in advance, and we will cover all processing costs, attorney fees, and notary fees. We don’t get paid unless you get paid.

We work with you to recover money owed to you after a property auction by a mortgage holder or taxing entity when the property sold for more than what you owed.

Understanding what happens AFTER the Foreclosure... Most people understand what happens before the Foreclosure but AFTER the foreclosure, people think all is lost. This may not be the case. There is a possibility you may have Funds that you are entitled to you, the previous owner. When a property sells at the Auction for OVER the asking price, that profit is entitled to the previous owner (minus any liens or encumberances on the property).

The County attempts to notify the previous owner of this but they send the notice to the property that was foreclosed on. Most people NEVER receive notice they have these funds available and the county holds on to them. That's where we step in. We are passionate about reuniting previous owners with their entitled funds. Our job is to step in and help you file the claim and assist you in recovering the funds. We work directly with the county and there is no upfront cost to you. We don't get paid until you get paid.
